claude mcp serve Permissions Issue

I am trying to use Claude Code as an agent coder. However, when calling the "Task" tool, the response is always something along the lines that it does not have permissions

Added global permissions for edit, and I even tried adding "--dangerously-skip-permissions" flag, does not help.
