[Bug] Rate limit error shown despite available quota on alternative models. Can't switch to haiku model in the CLI.

Bug Description
It shows limit is hit, but I still have it available (except sonnet) and for some reason it is not allowing me to switch to haiku.

⎿  You've hit your limit · resets Jan 15 at 10pm (Europe/Madrid)
/upgrade to increase your usage limit.

I'm on Max x20 plan and control my quotas carefully. I exhausted my Sonnet quotas for the week, but still have my Opus and Haiku, right? Why am I getting this linit and why can't I switch to haiku?
