[FEATURE] Compact context when exiting plan mode if more than 60% used

Problem Statement

I may do extensive planning with multiple discussions to reach the best polished plan, so Claude can one-shot it. If research is pretty big and I have a lot of comments, context becomes almost exhausted and no place for execution. I have to do manual compressing by doing Esc and then /compact before approving the plan

Proposed Solution

Would help a lot if compressing would happen automatically on approval of plan if context is almost full
