[Bug] Claude Code creates persistent tmpClaude files in repository after task completion

Bug Description
Claude Code is creating temporary files with the naming pattern tmpclaude-{hash}-cwd in the repository root directory. These files persist after tasks complete and accumulate over time. They are not automatically cleaned up, requiring manual deletion.
