Bug Description
It seems that for the WebUI the github integration is broken. For two days now, all my repos show only files and folders of the root folder for repos. All my repos. I of course disconnected and reconnected my github connector. I've been using this feature in projects for months. It stopped working two days ago. So I see the root folder contents. Can load files from root, like README.md, but the folder structure show only top level and is empty when clicked on. And showing as 0% in the line of the folder.

+1 Experiencing the same issue
I'm also facing this exact problem. The GitHub integration in the web interface shows folders from my repository, but they appear empty (0% capacity) and I cannot load any files from subdirectories. Only root-level files are visible.
This started happening recently and affects all my repositories. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting the GitHub connector — no effect.
I'm on the Max subscription ($200/month) and this feature is critical for my workflow. Being able to quickly sync and work with repository files was one of the main reasons I upgraded.
Really hoping for a fix soon — this functionality is incredibly useful for development work.

Platform: Web (claude.ai)

I'm having this same issue - it would be nice to know if the team is aware of it. There are multiple tickets describing this issue with multiple comments under each ticket. Many people are experiencing this critical issue. It renders the project feature unusable if you're linking to a github repo.
