[Bug] Incorrect keyboard shortcuts and non-functional Alt+M planning mode toggle

Bug Description
Alt+m is not working, I can't swith into planning mode. And thinking mode shortcut tooltip tells me is meta+t when it's alt+t and it's working. Shift+Tab combination is not working either, it activates the suggested command if I press it.

Having the same issue since 2.1.3
Same here unfortunately. Please fix this as soon as possible since experience is pretty bad without these options, I cannot switch from auto accept mode
You can tell Claude Code in your prompt to switch into planning mode and do whatever you request, and it will switch automatically.
The issue was fixed in v2.1.9 - Alt + M is working again.
