[BUG] always generate "tmpclaude-xxxx-cmd" file in the working directory

What's Wrong?
In the latest version, it always generate a "tmpclaude-xxxx-cmd" file (e.g. tmpclaude-e47b-cmd) in the working directory. I did not see it in the previous version, please do not create it in my working directory.
What Should Happen?
Should not create it in the working directory automatically.

Steps to Reproduce
Run a prompt in the Claude Code, then it will generate tmpclaude-xxxx-cmd in the current working directory.
