[Bug] Claude refuses to execute tasks and generates excessive errors

Bug Description
I can't believe what you've done to Claude yet again. What is it with you guys that you can't keep it on track? It's absolutely ridiculous. For weeks and weeks and weeks it's been absolutely perfect and then what you do, you do. It's absolutely unusable again right now. It's refusing to do work, it can't do work, it's making loads of errors.

Can't you guys just stop fi fiddling? Because now you've made it so that we can't use it properly. It's burning through tokens like no tomorrow. I barely get 2 hours and it's burnt out of tokens already. So before the new year, all this was working fairly well for quite some time. Now it's totally unusable.
