[BUG] Incredibly fast consumption of limits

What's Wrong?

After the limits were doubled in December, they have clearly decreased since January 1, 2026. Now, simple actions such as asking an agent to send a command to launch can take up 3-4% of the 5-hour Max 5x subscription limit. This is not normal and did not happen before. I think this is not an isolated problem, as I have recently seen many similar posts on Reddit

What Should Happen?

Fix limits and wrong consumption and compensate period with broken limits with free subscription renewal for all affected users
