[BUG] The Alt + M combination not working to switch between Plan Mode / Edit Mode.

What's Wrong?

The Alt + M combination not working to switch between Plan Mode / Edit Mode. When I downgraded to 2.1.2 it worked. But every time when I reopen it, it update itself to latest and I couldn't find any setting to disable it.
