[Bug] Pressing lowercase 'n' reverts to previous prompt in interactive configuration

Bug Description
Bug: Pressing 'n' in Claude Code prompt reverts to previous question

Environment:

• Claude Code v2.1.4
• Cursor IDE (also happens in external Mac Terminal)
• macOS

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run Claude Code
2. Get prompted to configure agent information via manual configuration
3. When asked to enter subagent name, press 'n' to skip or decline

Expected: Registers 'n' input and proceeds
Actual: Reverts to previous question about entering agent information via manual configuration

Workarounds that work:

• Caps Lock + n
• Typing full word "no"
