[BUG] Disable funny gerund words in VSCode extension for Claude Code

What's Wrong?

Please add an option (editing a config file is fine for me) to disable funny gerund words. Lots of people ask for it already for months, and it's a 10-line fix.

What Should Happen?

The funny clever words replaced with 'Generating....' that doesn't change.
