[BUG] VSCode extension incorrectly reports 100% context

CORRECTION: Context is incorrectly reported as 100%.

What Should Happen?

~Auto-compact before 100%.~

CORRECTION: Context usage reports correct value.

Steps to Reproduce

• Use latest VSCode extension version (2.1.4).
• Set Auto-compact to true.
• Chat.
• Hit 100%.
• Revert to extension version 2.1.3.
• Open the same conversation.
• Notice lower (correct) context usage.
