[BUG] After the response is finished, Claude automatically scrolling to the bottom several seconds later

Preflight Checklist

  • [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

When Claude Code finishes a response, I need to scroll up to see the full answer. Recent version has introduced a bug that automatically resets the scroll position to the bottom and it's annoying. After that one reset, everything works just fine. But in a session, whenever each response stops, this behavior would appear.

Another relevant bug is that if I file a bug report inside of Claude Code with /bug, after typing for a while, it automatically cancels the process and complains "Feedback / bug report cancelled).

What Should Happen?

Claude shouldn't reset my terminal's scroll position. Bug report shouldn't get cancelled.
