Web Fetch tool result URL overflows container

What's Wrong?

The URL text in Web Fetch tool results extends beyond its container box instead of being truncated or wrapped.

Steps to reproduce:

Use WebFetch tool with a long URL
Observe the tool result display
Expected: URL should truncate with ellipsis or wrap within the container

Actual: URL text overflows outside the container boundary

Environment:

Claude Code version: 2.0.51
OS: macOS
IDE: VS Code

What Should Happen?

I should be cut off in the box.

Open Claude Code in VS Code
Ask Claude to fetch a webpage with a long URL, e.g.: "Fetch https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/app-platform/how-to/configure-edge-settings/ and summarize it"
Look at the Web Fetch tool result in the chat
The URL in the result header overflows its container box
