[BUG] iTerm2 Option+Click makes Claude Code to hang

Bug Description

If you use Option+Click to move the cursor where the mouse pointer is, Claude Code hangs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Type any sentence
2. Option+Click anywhere in the sentence

Expected Behavior

Option-click will move the cursor to where the mouse pointer is.

Actual Behavior

Claude Code hangs.
