[BUG] /usage command returns "only available for subscription plans" for Max plan users

What's Wrong?

The /usage command does not work for Max 20x ($200/month) subscribers. It returns the error message: /usage is only available for subscription plans
Environment

Claude Code version: 2.1.1
OS: Windows 11
Plan: Max 20x ($200/month)

Steps to Reproduce

Subscribe to Max 20x plan
Login to Claude Code via /login
Run /usage command

Expected Behavior
Should display 5-hour session usage, weekly Opus/Sonnet limits, and reset timers.
Actual Behavior
Returns: /usage is only available for subscription plans
Additional Context

/context works fine (shows token usage for current session)
Web dashboard at claude.ai/settings/usage only shows "Extra usage" options, no plan usage progress bars
claude config confirms authentication is successful
Subscription is active and confirmed in billing settings
