[FEATURE] Allow configuring auto-compact at agent level

Problem Statement

I prefer to keep auto-compact off and manually compact when needed so that Im not paying the penalty of auto-compact against my context budget. This works fine for the primary agent, but Id like to allow subagents to not be bound by that same limitation so it would be nice if I could allow the subagents to auto-compact on their own regardless of having it disabled at the top level.

Proposed Solution

• (preferred) Allow setting similar to you can set specific models for an agent
• (less ideal) Just always have subagents opted in to auto compact regardless of the global setting
