[BUG] Splashing terminal when running tasks

What's Wrong?

I don't know if this issue get discussed or not but I very frequently get the splashing terminal screen when Claude Code executing tasks, especially longer tasks

What Should Happen?

It should not have this splashing text. Codex CLI never have this problem
