[BUG] Claude got stuck while running multiple parallel tasks.
Environment
- Platform (select one):
- [*] Anthropic API
- [ ] AWS Bedrock
- [ ] Google Vertex AI
- [ ] Other: <!-- specify -->
- Claude CLI version: 1.0.30 (Claude Code)
- Operating System: macOS 13.4.1
- Terminal: Terminal
Bug Description
Claude decided to run multiple parallel tasks but it was not set to auto accept. Then, it asked me to accept 2 changes to which I said yes (both). On both, it shows as "No (tell Claude what to do differently)". I'm absolutely sure of this because after it asked the first time I noticed the red text (the "No (tell Claude what to do differently)") one for the second question I was fully paying attention to what I select. The Yes option even had a checkmark next to it for some reason and I haven't seen that one before. Then, it seems to have gotten stuck. I tried using the /bug command from within it, but that didn't work either since it was already stuck and said something about queued messages. I waited after, for like another 10 minutes just to make sure and it didn't do anything else.
Steps to Reproduce
- Do not have auto accept on
- Get Claude Code to run multiple parallel tasks that each want to modify files
- When prompted, select Yes
Expected Behavior
Task(s) go on as expected
Actual Behavior
Claude Code incorrectly interprets the "Yes" as a "No (tell Claude what to do differently)" and gets completely stuck.
