[Bug] Unrecognized command `/rate-limit-options` not handled gracefully

Bug Description
Intermittently I'm seeing the below and Claude is getting confused as to what this is and is polluting its thinking process. I can't find documentation online of what this is. I understand its a rate limiter but I'm not sure what the trigger is. An enhancement would be for Claude to ignore this.

The user sent "/rate-limit-options" which appears to be a command. Let me continue with my investigation and create the todo list
