Problem Statement

Hi,

I found the Christmas promotion with double the message quota to be perfectly sized for my needs. An offering like this as a permanent plan option would be ideal for users who need more than the standard allowance but don’t require the full maximum tier.

This would fill a gap in the current pricing structure and provide a good middle ground for moderate power users.
