[BUG] Cannot view nor read screenshots, was fine before update.

What's Wrong?

Claude Code cannot view/read screenshots. Removed special characters, spaces, everything. These are .png screenshots as it was having issues with .heic, checked permissions.

What Should Happen?

It should read these files no problem and output its suggestion

Steps to Reproduce

Create screenshot, save to screenshots or desktop or downloads folder (permissions enabled) OR create screenshot and drag direcly to claude-code CLI (terminal)
