[Bug] Prompts silently disappear on Android after submission animation

Platform: Android app

Description:
Approximately 40% of the time, submitted prompts silently disappear. The submission animation plays, but upon reopening the app, the prompt is gone.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Type a prompt in Claude Code Web on Android
2. Submit the prompt (submission animation plays)
3. Close the phone or close/reopen the Claude app
4. Check the conversation

Expected: Submitted prompt appears and is processed.

Actual: Prompt is completely gone. No error message. No record of submission.

Impact: High - especially problematic with long, detailed prompts requiring significant rework.
