[BUG] statusline-setup agent uses wrong username (data leakage between users)

What's Wrong?

This happened twice, agent used other real names instead of my actual username. Both times i started from clear new session and asked it to create a statusline. Both times it tried to first read from a username that does not exist. And persiststhat it is my user tries to create the path to a new claude settings file under the non-existing user. Both time when asked where it got the user from it states it migh be a hallucination or agent cache from another user session.

What Should Happen?

it should create statusline under my user and not leak others usernames to me.
