[Feature Request] Support prepopulating input without auto-submitting in CLI mode

I'm creating some scripts to automate pieces of my workflow. One thing I would like to do is to be able to open claude from console and prepopulate input without starting conversation. So something like claude "Take a note with this input: " and and I can paste input after claude is up. Currently it will already submit it which means I need to wait for response to provide details.
