[Question] Image in non-interactive mode

In Claude Code non-interactive/print mode, how do I attach an image? I tried claude -p "what's in this image <base64 image>", but it's not describing the image correctly. Is the image feature only available in interactive mode? Or am I passing the image incorrectly?
