[BUG] Claude output unreadable in powershell

What's Wrong?
I have been using Claude Code this way for months now and everything has been working fine. Randomly in the middle of a session it started outputting cutoff text and unreadable text with huge blank spaces. I've tried updating Claude Code. I've tried new code sessions, etc. It seems to be impacting everything.

This is fixed now in 2.0.74
Okay that's odd, it must have updated right as I was checking the version b/c "claude --version" yielded: 2.0.74, but when I looked back at the chat it said:
Claude Code v2.0.73
Opus 4.5 · Claude Max
And I had just launched that instance to verify it was happening in other sessions... Thanks!
