[BUG] Receiving a call out to try 4.5 Opus model even when I am using the same model.

What's Wrong?

Hi I am using Anthropic's models on Bedrock (Model is set as custom). I am currently using 4.5 Opus but I am seeing a call out to use Opus 4.5 every time I start a new session.

What Should Happen?

I should not see this text if I use Bedrock models. This should only appear if I am on the enterprise plan.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup Claude Code to Opus 4.5 on Bedrock.
2. Locally configure Claude Code to use Opus 4.5.
3. Start Claude Code and you will see this message.
