Status line context percentage doesn't update after compacting or new chat

Description

The context percentage displayed in the status line does not accurately reflect the current context usage after:

1. Context compacting/summarization occurs
2. Opening a new chat session

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a conversation and use enough context that the percentage increases
2. Trigger compacting (or open a new chat)
3. Observe the context percentage in the status line

Expected Behavior

The context percentage should reset or update to reflect the actual current context usage after compacting or starting a new chat.

Actual Behavior

The context percentage remains unchanged/stale, showing the pre-compacted value or previous session's value.
