[Bug] Invalid URL when teleporting to background task from /tasks list

Bug Description
Failed to teleport to the running background task. To reproduce: Start the background task (& <prompt>). Then navigate to all current tasks (/tasks), navigate to the task of interest, try to teleport (press t), explore the error. It looks like the URL is invalid.
