[BUG] Cli Long term chatting will flicker and scroll

What's Wrong?

When using paste to scroll through conversations in CLI, there will be a large area of flashing scrolling, but it will return to normal when he completes a task or is thinking

What Should Happen?

He shouldn't flicker

Steps to Reproduce

After multiple rounds of conversation, pasting more than 200 words and submitting them to him will trigger the scrolling conversation. Sorry, I'm not sure if it will be perfectly replicated on your computer. You can try using longer or compressed conversations as much as possible
