Problem Statement

This is doable with network config and hooks, but a parity with Bun would be appreciated.

Proposed Solution

• deno installed in the environment
• deno.land and dl.deno.land domains allowed for dynamic runtime and upgrade downloads
• jsr.io domain allowed as an alternative package registry
