[FEATURE] Add option to display custom statusline alongside native contextual tips instead of replacing them

A feature where Claude Code keeps its native contextual tips area AND allows a second custom line below/above it.

The issue: claude-powerline replaces the native status line, so those tips get overwritten by the usage/git info display.
