[Feature Request] /resume should display terminal name alongside session ID (name that we change using /rename)

Description
/resume should show the terminal tab/window name (e.g., from iTerm2 or Terminal.app) alongside session ID and timestamp. This would make it much easier to identify and resume the right session when running multiple terminals.
