[BUG] Tool list is not up to date

The documentation's list of tools is not up to date.

Expected Behavior

The docs should be up to date

Actual Behavior

The docs are not up to date

Additional Context

I'm running with an MCP server that can conflict with built-in tools, so I want to ensure I am disabling all the tools I need to. But I cannot reliably find a list of tools.

Couldn't we get a feature to just list all available tools at the CLI?
