[Bug] Claude Code web: Repos show as configured but remain inaccessible in UI

Bug Description
I'm trying to use Claude Code on the web. Everything seems configured correctly with the apps installed with GitHub and my repos configured with permissions, etc. They show up in the list, everything shows as installed. I tried with a clean browser in private mode. However, Claude Code on the web insists that I have no repos connected. All I can do is follow Claude's direction to configure a repo, which takes me to the configuration screen that shows me everything is already configured, rinse repeat. I'm stuck--need someone to help look at this and tell me what else to do.
