[Bug] Skill bash command permission check fails for exclamation mark in Ruby idiom examples

Question

**Bug Description**
I have a ruby-idioms skill at https://github.com/stephendolan/dotfiles/blob/main/claude/skills/ruby-idioms/SKILL.md

I got this error when Claude tried to use it:
⏺ Skill(ruby-rails)
  ⎿  Error: Bash command permission check failed for pattern "!`) when there's a non-bang alternative with different behavior:
     - `": This command uses shell operators that require approval for safety

This claude conversation blamed claude code :)
