[Feature Request] Support Queuing Exclamation Mark Commands During Processing

Bug Description
While Claude is processing, it is possible to submit new instructions, and it will load them whenever it is available. However, the exclamation mark command style is not possible to queue up. You can reproduce this by running /compact, and while it is thinking, run ! foo and then something like fix all problems from foo.

Then you can walk away and get lunch... But right now you have to wait for compact to finish, which sometimes takes a while.
