[Bug] /bug command output not copyable and GitHub issue length validation fails without fallback

Bug Description
I just used /bug to submit a detailed report and was offered to submit a github issue. Github complained it was too long. so now i don't have the UUID originally presented to reference my issue submission, or a copy of the text of the submission for me, or the ability to file a github issue without completely re-typing a new version of the report.
