[Bug] Stray characters "[O[I" appear when switching back to Claude Code window

Bug Description
new, unexpected behavior in claude code. MacOS Tahoe 26.1, WezTerm, with Aerospace tiling window manager. When I leave CC (in WezTerm) and come back to it - whether using Aerospace or just Alt-Tab - these characters are populated where I would normally type: "[O[I".
