[Feature Request] MCP server context overhead - add per-agent server enable/disable configuration

MCP servers eat into context, A LOT.
Please allow for servers to be disabled for the main agent, and allowed for sub-agents (so that the main agent has for example a "gitub" or "jira" subagent that has the mcp access.
