[Feature Request] Add automatic session naming based on recent conversation context

Feature Description
I want to be able to KNOW what session I am resuming. So adding a name - for instance computed with the 20 last exchanges with Claude. (So if you have a long session with different subjects, it reminds only the last subject). It is mandatory.
For a big (and fat) user resume is almost unuasable
