[Feature Request] chat with background agents

When we go to inspect a background agent, it would be great to see the actually streaming chat laid out like we have when working with the main window. So I can see the thoughts, actions, etc as the LLM progresses and also scroll through and see what decisions have been made etc. It would then be very easy to then also enable interaction with the agent, like interrupting and changing some instruction as to course correct or to instruct agent to tool down and provide a summary back to the main agent.
