Archives not included in search results until manually loaded

Bug Description
Right after logging in, when searching, no matches from archives appear until the user navigates to archives and loads them manually.
Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the application
- Immediately perform a search that should match archived items
- Observe that no archive matches appear in results
Expected Behavior
Search results should include matches from archives without requiring the user to manually load the archives first.
Actual Behavior
Archive matches only appear in search results after the user has navigated to the archives section and loaded them at least once during the session.
