[Bug] Claude codes terminal instance keep shutting down after some time even when reprompting

Bug Description
Claude codes terminal instances keep shutting down silently they dont continue working on their tasks since yesterday after a while (a few minutes to 30minutes)
the only solution for now is starting a new instance and use /resume
