[Feature] Cost attribution to projects [API, Multiuser, Anthrophic Console]

This also affects the Anthropic Console, and is API specific with multiple users.

Currently all Claude Code usage is lumped together per user, but users might work on multiple projects at the same time, and an additional filter / dimension by project would be useful.

I can imagine to leave it as an optional configuration.

For example:

claude -project my-project-1

claude -project my-project-2

In the console an additional filter could be added that shows cost and token usage on a per project basis. Either per user, or across all users.
