[Bug] Terminal plugin truncates URLs to ~12 characters in plan phase output

Bug Description
I'm using claude plugin with it set to default to the terminal instead of the builtin plugin.\

The links are aften truncated to the first 12 or so characters, so you cannot see even the hostname you are clicking on. I typically see this during the plan phase when it lists sources.
