[Feature Request] Configurable context window warning threshold

Bug Description
It would be great if we could set the threshold for a context window percentage to show up in the bottom right-hand corner. Right now I think it's around 15% context window left is when a note shows up in the command line. Being able to set this yourself to know off-hand your personal comfort level of threshold would be super helpful
