Problem Statement

"When users provide API keys, Claude Code should decline to display/store
them and instead instruct users to edit the file directly."

and possibly make recommendations how to make it secure.

Proposed Solution

Blank and erase when a key is pasted into claude code and I wish it prompted me to edit it directly in the .env file. it did after our initial transaction.
